We stayed 6 nights with kids and grandkids. We enjoyed it very much. Nice pool area, great breakfast buffet, good exercise room. About 10 minutes by taxi to Old Town Rhodes. All in all, a very pleasant stay

Stellar services, great hotel! We went for a week, 3 adults, 2 kids. The hotel is beautiful, wonderful view of the sea and the pools, great amenities, and the staff was very helpful and always with a smile on! Special thanks to Meni and Jenny from the reception office and to Sakis from the beach bar, he was always entertaining with our kids! 10/10 would visit again!

We were satisfied with the hotel facilities, pool area and meals provided. The one negative relates to provided room. We had deluxe double room on 11 floor and we heard continues noise from airconditioning units on the roof when sitting on balcony. There is underground access to the beach. The sea was quite wavy for 3 years old child, so we spent most of our time in the pool area. The kids club was not functional very well, so we did not use it as well.

We had a great holiday with our one-year old daughter who enjoyed attending the Mini Disco they put on 3 nights a week. The staff were absolutely superb particularly the front-desk staff who were pleased to assist with any issue we had, the waiting staff at breakfast and dinner who were always smiling and welcoming, and the cleaning ladies - particularly Maria and Marie - who would love saying hello and cuddling our daughter each morning (which she loved too). They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome at the Sheraton and are a credit to the hotel.
The hotel is well located with its own private strip of beach as well as multiple pools to relax by. It's a short drive out of town and is very spacious and has a great climate in the daytime heat. The buffet breakfasts and dinners have a great deal of options.
The food can be quite expensive and the elevators seriously need to be reprogrammed to actually work efficiently! Every guest had the same comment on the elevators as you can spend a long time waiting and they get packed.
Overall a great family holiday experience and we would definitely stay again - thankyou to all the staff.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton with another family; there was seven us in total with three children ages 13 and 16. Although the front desk was courteous and pleasant, we found the hotel to be somewhat dated, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the service at the restaurants and facilities was poor. The hotel was very busy with families with small children. Although there were three outdoor swimming pools, with one 16+, the others were full of kids and their gigantic blow up swans, crocodiles, and orcas. Pool towels weren't available until after 11am which is odd. Food in the restaurants was good, service wasn't.

The most comfortable beds we have ever had on holiday (sheraton in luxor was also excellent), clean, wifi, 2minute private walk to the beach - no need to cross the road which was perfect woth our children. great buffet breakfast and supper which worked out at £15 each per meal for my husband and I whilst our two children:10 years and 7 years were free, definittel recommend halfboard if you plan on visiting sights on the island. I gave four stars simply as I would have liked an indoor pool for children especially during the times of the day where the sun is strongest (indoor pool is only for adults). We absolutely loved our stay and will always look out for a sheraton resort when planning our holidays. Take me back!!

Very child friendly, however if you are travelling without kids you might want to opt for an adult only hotel. Especially at the buffets the presence of so many kids was not always pleasant ...
