Panorama Suites

Our stay was amazing! The staff was so nice and welcoming. We had a lot on email communications before our stay and they were very helpful. We arrived at 1:30am because of two flight delays and the hotel transfer met us at the airport as promised and the hotel staff was so kind as to help us with all our luggage at check in. Check in was easy! There was 5 of us in the villa. The room set up was perfect. My Dad has his own bedroom downstairs, the twins each had their own twin bed and my husband and I were upstairs. We had 3 bathrooms. We decided to have breakfast at the upstairs lounge for convenience . My 70 year old father is with us and going to the pool for breakfast would had made it difficult for him with the four flights of steep stairs to the pool. The location is perfect. It literally is the first hotel on the left after the hotel drop off. It’s right in the middle town. We were able to get a lot of cheap take out and brought it to our room to watch the sunset. The sunsets are amazing and there is no need to go to Oia for it and battle the Oia crowds. We enjoyed our private jacuzzi as a family after each sunset. A big plus was also the two different elevators to reach our villa. It really helped us avoid the typical Santorini steep stairs. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
