Emelisse Nature Resort

Exceptional property. Loved it and would return without doubt. Staff were incredible, especially Costas who my kids adore!

A ‘nice’ resort with a spectacular pool area. Restaurant is good, while buffet breakfast is decent but no a la cart available. Main issue with the resort is parking. If you arrive by car expect to park outside on the roadside. Checkin was the most awkward experience ever when trying to enter the main entrance getting told there is no parking and told needed to wait on the roadside for buggies to collect you and your bags to reception. Rooms are decent size but bathrooms a bit disappointing with small basins and little room for toiletries. Decor is a bit ‘meh’ but functional. Balcony and view was spectacular for our dual room family suite. Overall not a 5 star to me but about 4.5 … could be really good but let down in some simple areas, perhaps due to sale of day passes to casual visitors.

The location is great with a beach nearby. There are two pools one for adults and one for families. Fiskardo is a 10 minute walk away. The staff in the hotel and the people in the restaurants in Fiskardo were very friendly and made our holiday. The hotel staff were proactive in helping in little ways . The restaurant is by the pool and the food is lovely but not expensive. We will go back again we had a great time

Hotel was really fantastic - I have recommended it already to friends! Location is superb - set on the rocks with a lovley view and the possibility to swim in the rocks off the hotel. The staff were very attentive and accommodating and lots of details are thought of such as an hourly mini bus to and from fiskardo should you not want to walk Boat trips aboard the hotel's fabulous yacht are regularly organised as well as movies and child friendly trips - it is all done very subtlely - not forced upon you as in other hotels and resorts Hotel is finished to a high standard in every aspect including the pool area. it's beautifully lit at night with hundreds of candles and a very different bar area with separate tables on the rocks. The only negative comment I have is that there are a lot of wasps aorund the hotel - it is very difficult to eat or have drinks outdoors as the wasps immediately appear and I didn't see any measures to control this
