Avli Lounge Apartments

Avli was a lovely place to stay. The staff makes you feel like family and the restaurants were AMAZING! Highly recommend the cooking class!

Everything about this beautiful little hotel and our stay was wonderful, I cannot recommendation it highly enough! The staff are exceptional, so friendly, welcoming and helpful - we felt like family by the time we left! Our room (red suite) was beautiful, a quiet and cool oasis just around the corner from the main Avli restaurant in an immaculately renovated old Venetian building. The courtyard Avli restaurant and the food we ate there - breakfast, a lunch and special dinner was exceptional, amazing menu and ingredients. Make sure you go up to the rooftop terrace as the sun sets in the evening, the views are amazing and in late July the swifts were incredible to watch too - an unexpected but wonderful addition to our holiday! We loved our stay in this beautiful corner of Rethymno old town so much. We will be back!
