Check in was smooth and simple. Staff was friendly. This is a very clean and modern hotel, rooms are new and spacious. The property doesn't have a restaurant/kitchen onsite, so they don't offer breakfast or room service or anything like that. I really loved how this hotel was located walking distance from so many busy tourist areas, great shopping and restaurants. It is located directly next to a VERY popular bar/restaurant which stays open and crowded until the morning hours (3am), so be mindful of that if you're planning to stay here with children, or expecting quiet nights for restful sleep. I highly recommend this hotel to young travelers looking to take in the lively city of Athens.

There is no doubt that the design of this hotel is awesome. It is beautifully thought out and visually stunning. But, and it's a big but, they proudly tell you that the street that the hotel overlooks is home to the 14th most popular bar in Europe, (really, 14th?). So if you are choosing this hotel because it is close to the centre and really handy for everything in the centre of Athens then fine, but don't expect to get to sleep at any time before about 3 AM. The hotel will give you earplugs , and if you use them properly they will block out quite a lot of the sound but it's hardly ideal and doesn't really compensate for the visual appeal. And the lift, by the way, is absolutely tiny. 2 people at a push and certainly no more than 2 cases. Not ideal for a family on the top floor.

We are a family of 3 with an 8 year old. We were just looking for a clean and comfortable room to stay and this was fulfilled. We were not looking for a fancy big hotel with a gym, restaurant or a big room. Our goal was to explore the neighborhood and comfortably rest at night. The staff were accommodating and courteous. They worked quickly to get our room ready even though we arrived before check-in time. The front desk told us about the neighborhood, spots we should check out, etc. This hotel was a nice and short walking distance to the Acropolis. It is conveniently located near many shops, restaurants and cafes. We felt very safe walking around at day and night.
