Elia Ermou Athens Hotel

Excellent location. Friendly staff, cleanliness, marvellous breakfast served at the roof top bar with a fantastic view of the acropolis. Would certainly reccommend to friends and family.

Great stay the only downside to this hotel is the the fact that I had to leave 2 days early because a family emergency and I couldn’t get a refund

The hotel is located in abreast location, we took the junior suit, the room was big and comfortable, the staff was friendly, but the noise was terrible! It was hard to sleep and sometimes we wake up from music in the middle of the night

I booked a deluxe suite right facing Acropolis for our 30th wedding anniversary, which cost 440 Eur per day. When we arrived, they gave us junior suite that only cost 230 Eur per day on hotel.com website. The junior suite is smaller than deluxe suite and basically can not see Acropolis. The deluxe suite I booked, this hotel offered to the guest who booked from their own website. We refuse to stay at the junior suite. The front desk manager took us to see another room (not a suite). This room is smaller than junior suite, facing Acropolis at 45 degree angle. So we decide to stay at this room. The manager said the price is the same as the suite they first assigned to us. So it should be 230 Ero per day. when we check-out, the front desk staff put the receipt into an envelop and gave to me. I opened it and found out they charged me 440 Eur per day. I called hotel.com right away. But the hotel refuse to give us back the over charged potion they cheated on us. This hotel is so cheap that they cut corner everywhere. No Kleenex, no hygiene bags. We ordered a cheese with cold cut at their restaurant, it came as very small pieces of processed cheese look like left over from breakfast, no cold cut meat at all. Do not book this hotel!!!
