Hotel 108

We was family of five on our way to Berlin from Norway. Perfect family room.

We were met by a fantastic couple. So friendly, happy and very service minded. We got stuck several times in heavy traffic travelling through Europe from Paris. Arrived after really late after reception closed, but they stayed and went out of their way to make sure we could arrive and get settled in perfectly. Sent us pictures of hotel and directions via sms and mail as we were travelling. The hotell, rooms, reception area, breakfast area, outside, is very clean and in good order. Breakfast was very nice. In other words for the price we paid we got a lot. Our whole family, parents and children ages 21, 14, 9 were very happy with the stay. We were given a good size bedroom, good size living room/kitchen and good size bathroom with nice shower. We would stay here again if we travel thorugh these parts of Europe.

We decided to go cheap the last night before we flew home from Europe- so I was not expecting a palace- but this was actually very nice for our needs. My only regret was it was so far from the city we saw none of Hamburg. We got there and there was a mistake putting my family of 4 into a room with three single beds! But the hostess moved us to two double rooms across the hall from each other! They were comfortable with desks, clean showers and big closets. Breakfast was good. WiFi was fine. Only thing that was a bit disconserting was they had a locking gate all around the hotel at night... ok, kept us safe, but why was it needed? Seemed we were in an industrial park area ... and the gate was to be locked at 11pm. The resturaunt we went to in the area was good but didn’t take American Credit cards! So by the Time we had found a bank machine and come back it was 10:30pm and the gate was already closed! STRESS! But thankfully they answered when I called on the phone and opened the gate to let us in!
