Use this hotel when we visit family in Dortmund and each time we visit we are never disappointed. Service by staff / friendly nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is a super - would recommend 1000% to anyone wanting to stay - do not hesitate book and by hotels.com is a better rate than directly with hotel. Rooms are spacious clean and air conditioned Balcony outside with chairs and table and fab views and peaceful - beds and pillows comfortable. We are regular travellers to all locations of the globe and this is a MUST stay for us and wound never consider anywhere else in Dortmund. Thank you to all the staff at L'Arrivee again for a super stay - see you next year.

Near the forest, and close to Dortmund. Very nice spa/sauna. Best for couples, not so much for children. Good parking space, good restaurant. Bed too soft, but that might be a personal preference.
