Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport

We stayed one night with our family of four, we stayed at the family room which is two connecting rooms so it was very convenient. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of options and cook to order eggs anyway you like. Room amenities was very good and everything was very clean.

A recent one night stay with my family, including in-laws. The property went above and beyond. Will stay again.

Our junior suite number 11269 was overcrowded with sofa, big chairs, and the coffee table. Very little room to move around. The metal tips on the chairs were difficult to navigate. Lights were very poor. One he’s a large amount, but the quality of the implements in the room noticed age

We requested for a baby crib many days in advance. The hotel did not provide it and the desk personnel would never answer the phone. We selected this hotel because of the availability of the crib. We had to fix it laying the pillows down in the floor, which is still dangerous.

Convenient to airport for overnight transit, but overall not as good as expected, especially based on past stays. The room A/C unit was noisy and not able to sufficiently cool the room. Also, even though we had booked a room for 3 people (2 adults, one child), we were given only one small soap, one small shampoo, not enough for the three of us. We have stayed here several times - was better in previous visits, but this time a bit disappointing, even though the room rate is at least $100 a night higher than before.

Overnight stay between flights with 2+2 family. Basic but with all necessary facilities and services. A bit of a walk to check in, but all in all convenient, comfortable and good value for money. Beds excellent and good and varied breakfast without being luxurious

I booked a family room for my daughter and 3 friends. This was supposed to be inter connecting rooms. When they arrived they were told they had a single room with 2 beds. Eventually they managed to get 2 rooms but not what you want to hear after a 13 hour flight.

I was traveling with my family and since the day I booked the hotel I requested the crib for my baby. The day we arrived from a very long jorney, I requested the crib again. We went to the bedroom, I requested it once again, we slept, my baby slept in the sofa bed, we checked out and they did not deliver the crib.It was an unfortunate and it was very disrespectful.
