Radisson Blu Hotel, Frankfurt

The only good thing about the hotel was the unique property structure. I was fooled by the appearance. If you are on vacation or with a family this is NOT the place for you. This hotel is mainly suited for corporate events or layovers, not for families. This was our last stop for our month long vacation in Europe and it was the worst experience! Within an hour of checking it went from bad to worse. Another guest was assigned our room and walked in our room shortly after checking in, we were provided with only 1 towel for myself and my husband, no one answers when you call the front desk or housekeeping so I had to go back downstairs to request more towels and discuss our security concerns, the keys stopped working since they had to cancel the other guest keys and they didn’t let us know, the front desk girl was seemed very concerned letting us know about any charges if we used anything from the mini bar - which turned out to be empty - and then tried to cover it up by saying she meant if we purchased something from the bar downstairs?? The kettle didn’t work to make tea, the service in the restaurant on the 2 night was slow and non existent - they were more concerned with polishing the cutlery then checking on the patrons- we never did get our meal since we had to leave for our early morning flight. Anything that could go wrong did during our short stay here. Stay away!
