I had a family emergency and had to leave the country. Still they were so heartless they couldn’t even refund or rebook us.

We had booked a junior suite for 3 adults and a small dog. The dog had his own water and food bowls, and a small treat, too! The junior suite was comfortable and roomy. There were some small issues with housekeeping, but we brought it up right away to the concierge, and they handled it well. Location is perfect; across the street from the main station, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and a beautiful park about 15 minutes away. Breakfast was very good. They even have glutenfree options (just ask for them). We ate our breakfast in the lobby since we had our dog with us, but it was still nice. Reichshof is a beautiful hotel, and have very friendly staff. Would recommend it here!

Fantastic hotel. Very grand. Beautifully restored and maintained. Really nice staff. Great breakfast. Large family room with separated space. Would definitely go back.
