Moxy Berlin Airport

The property is great for being at the airport We had an issue with our reservation We booked a family suite for our first night and a 2 twin beds room for our second Upon check in we were given 2 queen bedrooms We asked about how to change rooms the next day day and we’re told these were ours for the duration of our stay Upon arriving back at the hotel on day 2 we were locked out of our rooms and told to keep the rooms we had to pay an additional 189 Euros To keep both rooms or they could move us to a single one bed room

The idea of hanging out downstairs is great. Rooms are a bit small, but it’s expected since it’s a hotel by the airport. Food was so so. I felt like I was staying at my kids’ house with all the crazy cereal choices. Definitely more junk food oriented. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a great hotel for a group of teenagers to have a sleepover. For a seasoned business traveler it is a disaster. Rooms are small, bathrooms are like a sardine can and the room amenities are childish. Don’t let the low rate fool you! You pay 3 euro for a small part cup of coffee. Marriot do better! The “Moxy” Plarform is a joke. Business folks beware

Really nice room for a family. Friendly and helpful staff! Very decent breakfast.

Booked a family room for 4 people but 2nd bed wasn’t made up. Disappointing after a late arrival at the airport with two small children and resulted in having to go up and down to reception, looking for another room etc. No make good offered apart from a bottle of water on request. Otherwise nice property close to the airport. Would be great if they offered airport transfers.

Last minute booking due to cancelled flights, family room is great, good price, close to airport (€6 taxi) and super food choices. Would be great if there was a little more around the hotel, looks like the BER delays have taken their toll on the area

Amazing new hotel, perfect for a stay close to the airport. Very helpful staff who checked us in early, offering us an upgrade from a family room to two adjacent rooms in the process! Very clean, nice and cosy guest area and bar downstairs. No room service but great menu of food to order at the bar downstairs until 10pm, and excellent continental breakfast. One disadvantage is connection to the airport or to the central Berlin - Uber/taxi or local bus (which does not take card payment). Everything else is perfect - would stay again!
