Perfectly located to explore Berlin with my 12 year old child. Staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Cleanliness of rooms was an ongoing issue at this hotel. First room had dried vomit on curtains and very dirty walls. It was advertised to have soundproof rooms however crying baby next door kept us up most of the night. Bathroom fan and room temperature also did not work. We received a new room due to these issues but cleanliness was still an issue. There was dried blood on the wall next to the sink and on the blow drier. Walls were still very dirty. Overall we were not happy with the cleanliness of this hotel. Front desk staff were nice however.
