The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin

Great property and location. Excellent for families looking for a nice hotel that is conveniently located.

This was an absolutely perfect stay in Berlin. The staff were very friendly. We were immediately upgraded to a suite which included a lovely breakfast option of either at the restaurant or room service. The room wasn't ready so the hotel offered us a free meal including drinks at their bar. The breakfast was super delicious and included every possible option. Also we mentioned that we were excepting our first baby and this was a trip before the baby comes and two days later the hotel left us a beautiful gift including little baby items. The hotel is perfectly located and the rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. I also would like to especially thank Lisa at the reception desk who was very lovely and I assume organized the gift as we mentioned the baby only to her.

I wrote a review a few days ago but for some reason it doesn't show. We stayed in this excellent hotel in February and we had an amazing time. We were immediately upgraded to a suite which was a lovely room with lots of space. The room is in excellent shape. The bed is extremely comfortable. What really made this hotel amazing was actually the staff. I would like to especially thank Lisa at reception. When we told her we were expecting our first child, she arranged a lovely baby gift to be sent to our room. Highly recommend this hotel.
