Fantastic stay with family at the H2. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Right next to Alexander Platz station, lots of buses, trains and trams around, although we mainly walked as so close to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was included and fantastic selection, my son has food allergies and there was lots of choice for him. Friendly staff, room was small but all we needed, clean and tidy, minimal noise for being in such a central location. The beds were comfortable, can't comment on the pillow as I always take my own. Shower was hot and powerful, room Cleaned and towels changed daily. The only thing I would have added to the room would be a mini fridge and coffee machine as this wasn't available. Otherwise, great trip and we would definitely book again.

I went with my three kids and it was so nice to be in bunk beds so I didn’t have to sleep with a kid. The breakfast included each morning was a very nice spread and convenient for tourists. The hotel is in a great location for the tourist spots and is close to a train station. We had an issue with electrical outlets at one point and Sara Kruger, an excellent manager, moved us to another room across the hall. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 4. We all enjoyed our accommodations and the freedom to have breakfast on site at our own schedules.
