B&B Hotel Berlin-Alexanderplatz

Exactly what I expected. Easy check in basic family friendly room. Clean and excellent customer care by Tommy I can’t rave enough about him he is really the best super helpful and courteous.

We stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We were impressed with the soundproofing in the room from both the noise outside and and from other guests. The rooms were compact for 4 people but had everything we needed for a city break and were very clean. We didn’t take breakfast in the hotel as felt it was expensive, but as you are opposite a rather nice shopping centre then there are plenty of options for breakfast. The location was good and was easily accessible, having good train links to all Berlin sights and the airport. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel for the price and would recommend.

This hotel is located 5-7min away from 2 U-Bahn. Very easy to go around. The surrounding area is also walkable. If you need food, there's a food court 2 min walk from the hotel, and plenty of small shop, including a small Asian food shop 1 min away. The wall in the room is thick so we did not hear any traffic or neighbors apart from when their naughty little kids playing prank by knocking on our doors. The breakfast menu is very reasonably priced and worth it, served timely from 06:00. Roy, the manager, was very friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. If you want a laundromat, there's a new one just 12 min walk. PERFECT place to stay in Berlin.
