SANA Berlin Hotel

I had a wonderful stay with my colleagues in a spacious room with a big bathroom, which was perfect for our needs. The family room layout with two separate rooms and a connecting door was convenient, though we were limited to one king bed and twin beds. However, I was a bit disappointed with the sauna and swimming pool—they're quite small, making it difficult to swim. Overall, it was a nice stay, but those amenities could definitely use some improvement.

Very comfortable stay for our family with adjoining rooms. Great small plates food options, very diverse breakfast options. As expedia VIP, we received several free drinks and food discounts.

Loved this place. Super clean super comfy super stylish rooms with coffee machine. Used the sauna/spa each day we were there. Adults only times were not checked by staff so kids were present and jumping in and around adults trying to swim in the pool. Worth using the on site restaurant for dinner. We enjoyed an excellent supper with good portion sizes and good prices. Would recommend and would return. Close to transport links v

The Sana hotel was beautiful. It was a handy location to shops and restaurants but the wrong side of Berlin from the tourist attractions. There were transport strikes the weekend we visited but I'm sure if there weren't, it would have been easy to get to the east side on the metro. The spa was really nice though a lot of children playing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and really delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, pool / sauna and steam room great way the start & finish the day. The 1 bedroom apartment was very well equiped with everything required for our 11 night stay with a toddler. Highly recommend and will stay again. Suggestion would be more water refill stations available around the hotel to reduce the amount of plastic bottles purchased.

It’s a lovely hotel in a fairly quiet neighbourhood. Good for families as the 2 bed apartment is spacious with a sofa bed and extra bathroom. The pool is small (but meant to be more of a plunge/dip after the sauna) which disappointed my children but we still enjoyed using it each day. There is a ‘no kids’ time in the evening so adults can still chill without noise! Staff are friendly. Food in restaurant is nice. Supermarkets within 2 mins walk (I prefer Nah und Gut to Netto). Tube station on the doorstop and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I only give 4 stars as there was one very squeaky bed, an odd damp smell in the room (faint) and a few dents in the walls that needed repairing. I did not like the echoing tiled floor corridor outside our room which was so noisy when people walked around or shut their doors. Overall though, a good sightseeing trip with two older kids.

Review I always get a bit dubious of hotels that offer additional benefits to Expedia Gold Members because they often fail to deliver service to the standard expected of them… but this hotel was so much better than I was expecting! De Lima I plotted on the map of Berlin all the tourist traps I wanted to visit and this hotel is around an hour walk away from most of them. But in reality, I think I must’ve missed some of the nearby attractions when planning my trip! The hotel was so close to the zoo and lots of amazing restaurants and shops! So now for the hotel itself. I reached out in advance to tell them it was my birthday. They sent champagne and two small cheesecakes to our room with a note to recognise my birthday! It was such an amazing surprise! We booked a junior suite and OMG I recommend doing this! It was amazing! We’ve stayed in a good chunk of the most amazing hotels in the world, and this one competes with them! This hotel is only one inspection away from 5 stars! As far as I’m concerned it’s already got them! The fixtures and fittings were top quality. The water pressure in the shower and bath were both brilliant. The TV was so modern, allowing guests to steam from their own devices. The staff in bar were very attentive and very friendly, we enjoyed speaking with the female member of staff who served us. I also have to say the member of staff who checked us in (De Lima) was very professional and friendly too! Thank you Sana Hotel!

We had two junior suites for the family, and it was great. Nice space for everyone and the hotel ambience was super. The breakfast was really good as well. We liked it a lot.

We had a very lovely holiday in Berlin in Sana Hotel. Everything was betyder than expected. The rooms very great, nice beds, great restaurant and breakfast. The poolarea was great - both for adults and kids at the age of 7 and 12. We will be back!
