Pullman Munich

Nice hotel, catering to business travelers and families alike. Staff was professional. A little far from City center but the nearby park is beautiful and access to the metro makes getting around easy. Slight smell of moss in the closets but room was spacious and overall very clean.

Have been to Munich four times in the past eight years. Three times for Oktoberfest. By far, the best hotel we have stayed in all of Europe. Our room was spacious for my family of four. Washer/dryer in the hotel. AMAZING breakfast. Great staff. Will stay again when we return!!!

Acceptable hotel. Note that there was an insect in the balcony which they didn't clean since we joined till we left. They don't clean the cups in the toilet there was water in it and after room service it was the same. Finally they made us pay extra for 3 years old kid although no extra bed was provided

The hotel seemed like a business hotel. That's okay. The room size was fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast. We were disappointed that we couldn't watch the World Cup in the bar because they didn't open when the early games were playing and the place had later been booked for a private function. Okay I suppose. Unforgivable however was the extensive mold in the room. Undoubtedly formed from condensation with the cold outside and the heat inside, but there was a lot. I could smell a mixture of pine and mold when I walked in. I thought perhaps a long unused room and it'd get okay. But it wasn't until we were packing to check out that I checked behind the curtains for cables or things we may have left behind that I discovered the mold. See pics. I'm a glibal professional speaker and I've stayed at a lot if hotels globally including beautiful Pullman hotels before. This was the worst mold I've seen in a hotel room and it made it a very disappointing experience for the first hotel of our 30-day European family vacation. I'm not sure if my 6yo daughter developed her chest cough because her bed was next to the curtain, but she's had it ever since we were there. I wouldn't stay there again because of that. It wasn't the Pullman brand I know.

Hotel is in the business district, metro is just outside hotel so easy to travel to city centre (5 stops to Marienplatz), supermarket just outside hotel as well. Buffet Breakfast had a great range of food to satisfy almost everyone, my sons particularly enjoyed the freshly made waffles. Staff were excellent and courteous, rooms were very clean and internet was great. Our junior suite had free mini bar, tea & Nespresso , ironing and best of all you can wash/dry your clothes in the laundry downstairs. Highly recommended.
