Good location, transportation, shopping, etc….but the rooms is too small. I book a room with a 2 beds (for me and my son 16 years old) the size the beds are like a baby cribs. The room is to small as well !!!

The hotel is clean, modern, and clean. Very well located. Three blocks away from Platz and Metro station to the airport and other connections. The staff is very professional, especially mentioning Ilgar, who took the time to explain how to go to the airport using the Metro and other tips in the city. He speaks excellent English and other languages. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family for a beautiful vacation. Thank you! Cecilia

Made the booking through hotels.com and accidentally booked a month later than it should be. due to a no-refund fee, neither the hotel nor hotels.com was willing to show some kind of understanding and i ended up paying 3 rooms for 3 nights for nothing on a family trip. the fault is mine, the lack of customer service is on them.
