Eurostars Book Hotel

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, it seemed like they actually enjoyed helping you. I’ve been travel for weeks with my toddler, staying at all higher end hotels and the service was the best by far at this one. The location was great, SO close to main train station to get wherever you need to go. There’s plenty of things in walking distance as well. I would stay here again!

Overall, it was a great hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many vegetarian/vegan options and the location is very convenient close to the central station and 10 minutes away on foot from the city centre. The room was comfortable and fit our requirements for a family of three me, my partner and my son who was only 11 month old at the time of our stay. One thing that could be improved is cleanliness. I found some rubbish on the floor after cleaning although it wasn’t too much. I would expect at least the floor to be cleaned well enough not to have any rubbish.

There was no bed for a five-year-old child, although they knew that the child would be. They brought a bed for a newborn.

This is a very comfortable, clean, and convenient mid-range hotel, good for business or family travel, but it is not a four-star hotel in quality or service. Pros: Convenient location near train station. Staff is friendly and had extra amenities like adaptors on request. Clean, comfortable beds, and air conditioned. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of vegetarian options. Nice bathing amenities (great shower gel, toothbrush). Cons: Gym is too small and needs yoga mats, and sauna is not on early in the morning (before 9am), so if you workout early to avoid crowding you can’t use the sauna. TV is small with limited options. Doesn’t have the extra special hospitality, decor, or amenities to rank as a four-star hotel.

The hard side of the hotel is not bad and seems quite new, but the "soft" needs some work. We were not travelling with kids, yet the hotel decided that we should be given a room in the middle of a floor where several families that were travelling together and were staying with kids. The amount of activity as kids ran around the floor and between rooms was predictable, so clearly the hotel needs to give a bit more thought as to where to allocate rooms. Also, the hotel is convenient from the main train station, and whilst the neighbourhood is not dangerous, it is next to the red light district which may not appeal to some. Lastly, the fact that we found human faeces in the elevator was a surprise to say the least and perhaps somewhat reflects on the type of hotel guests that may stay.

nice hotel but the district is terrible. It does not look like German..very dirty on the street and crawded with immigrants. Not reccomamded if you travel in couple and/or children as you not feel safe
