Breakfast buffet was good in variety and quality. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and small. Shower was clean but shower enclosure quite small. Staff were polite and helpful. Overall, my family had a pleasant stay.

This hotel has the BEST staff with regard to friendliness, attentiveness, knowledge and helpfulness. We cannot say enough about how well trained they are and the property is in great shape. Everything was done to ensure that the guests have a wonderful time. The breakfasts are filling and have a variety of foods for all tastes. Our room was quiet, clean and had comfortable beds/bedding. I would recommend this hotel for families, couples, and singles. It was very comfortable in all aspects.

Lovely hotel with a view of the town, the river and the Alps from the windows. Perfect for exploring Berchtesgardener Land. Nice rooms, many with direct access to balcony. Friendly and service-minded staff. Playroom for young kids available to families. Few parking spaces nearby.

Nice hotel and overfall good experience for a family of 4. Quiet area but short walk to nearby restaurants. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice restaurant area. Would come back.
