Hotel Bischofslinde

I went to Freiburg to meet up with Family. Unfortunately their flight out of the US was delayed 2 days (never fly Condor airlines). The hotel staff was amazing at working with us changing the room situation and didn't charge my family for the days they had to cancel even though they could have based on the cancellation policy. When my family finally did arrive, they had requested a triple room but there wasn't one available. No problem, the staff made a double room into a triple. The staff were all amazing and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others. They took a very bad experience and made it a bit better.
