Mercure Hotel Stuttgart Sindelfingen an der Messe

Hotel is fine for 1 night and continue your journey the next day, rest and continue. The room was hot and had to open the French balcony doors. We had booked 1 family room, but we only got 2 towels and 1 free bottle of water, a bit cheap and in my opinion not good service. The room was clean and otherwise fine. The breakfast made up for everything, was spacious with a very wide breakfast buffet.

My family and I lived at this hotel for 3 months back in 2008 and we throughly enjoyed it. We’ve been back a few times since and it was always a great place to stay. However, this time wasn’t so pleasurable. We noticed a decline in service. For example, breakfast, which we paid for, was very disappointing. They offered the same items every day. The breakfast now is what you get at an “breakfast included “ hotel.

Great hotel from the moment we checked in. Friendly and fast receptionist. Room was spacious and modern. Wish AC did get a little cooler. Had dinner at hotel restaurant twice. Staff was great and food was too. Breakfast was great many options and very attentive staff. Pool was great for my family! Parking was 14 euro which I thought could be cheaper due to location of hotel, you pretty much have to drive there. Overall great experience !

Great hotel for a family vacation. Wonderful breakfast and my kids loved the swimming pool. Only the parking is too expensive so we parked on the street outside the hotel.

We arrived too late to use any of the facilities and left early in the morning, which was a shame as it was a lovely hotel with a super looking swimming pool. We had a spacious family room which had two good sized double beds and tea and coffee making facilities and everything you'd need. We did discover that some rooms have a proper coffee machine but as we weren't staying long it didn't matter to us that much. I can't comment on the restaurant as we didn't eat there but it looked very nice as we were passing. The only downside is that you have to pay 12 euros to park which is a bit steep I think.
