The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The decor was lovely and our room comfortable for family of four. Great location, close to the water, cafes, and the tram. Would stay there again.

With a 5 month old baby with us, the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs including a room on the ground floor, huge cot and sterilising our bottles twice a day - they were always pleasant to our requests and continually checked that we had everything we needed
