Very unfriendly stuff, no smile, small talk or even good morning during breakfast, or any other time of the day, one morning two people at the reception which I assume one of them was a manger of some sort were staring at my husband and talking to each other other, while my husband was preparing the table for me and my kids (we were walking from the elevator to the table), it was very rude and uncomfortable. On day 3 we ran out of soap and no one bothered to check, the beds are uncomfortable I had back pain throughout my stay, there is no access from paid parking to the rooms. And finally the area around hotel is not very nice.

This hotell was perfect for our family. We stayed for 1 night and it was right bye the airport. We walked one way and took the tram the other day. Breakfast was a nice surprise. It was good.

Clean and spacious , has small kitchen in the room ( love it) perfect for family , staffs are very kind and well practiced , efficient and nice. Breakfast is simple but good quality , many resto nearby for lunch , close to airport with tram, ( 2-3 stops )city centre also 20 min by tram , so easy access , from Nice Saint Augustin train station , walk 5 min too. They have laundry room for free so you can clean your dirty cloth over travel before you take flight, Great for family and well organized hotel, love it and willing to come back if possible !!!!

Everything was great the hotel, great price, great room and staff was very friendly as we had 3 children and many many luggage!

The family room was very luxurious with beautiful furnishings and decor which made our restful stay with you very comfortable and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was of a high standard and there was a variety of choices for all family members. Staff incredibly friendly and accomodation looking after our luggae for the morning before we could check in later in the day. I will definatley be staying with yoou again and will recommend you to freinds and family. Thanks so much!!
