Best Western Hotel Graslin

It is good located hotel that is comfortable enough but there are lot to improve. First of all WI-FI was awful. One day it didn't work at all. Two other days it worked but was very bad and it was impossible to use it. The receptionist said that WI-FI was broken and she couldn't help to us. So we were forced to use cellular internet that was expensive with our roaming option. Second thing that was no good is cleanliness of room. There was M&M's under the bed left by previous tenants and not cleared by hotel staff. Also one day the room was not tidied up properly. The bed was not made. There were only two tea cups in family room though we booked it for 3 persons. The breakfast was good except eggs. They were not eatable. Good thinks to mention: Comfortable bed, very good lighting in the room and HDMI cable connected to TV (I didn't see such useful thing in any other hotels) so you can easily connect your media player to TV . Also there was USB charging sockets that is also very convenient. So it may be a very good hotel with not so lot and complicated improvements.
