The Westin Paris - Vendôme

A very American hotel in Paris. They have all the conveniences of the US and the perfection of the French. Staff, reception, security-one night some kids decided to park outside the hotel at 2 am and blast loud music and have a small party-security was on top of that and ended it quickly without incident, everything was lovely. Bigger rooms than most in Paris is a huge plus. King sized bed and a lovely bathroom larger than a port o potty that many luxury hotels in Europe offer. Excellent hotel

Great location. We had two rooms and had different experience for both. One room was cleaned well and the other was always left uncleared with no proper vacuuming. One of the rooms the shower and phone working well. But they came and fixed it and would keep breaking. Front desk staff was very courteous. They gave us rooms on the opposite ends of the hotel. With 3 kids that was a difficult thing to deal with but we managed. Location is very central for shopping, museums and gardens. Overall a positive experience.

What a convenient spot to be in! I would highly recommend the Westin Vendome as it is walking distance to almost every major landmark in Paris. Restaurants, , Bakeries, Car rental, Shopping, pharmacies etc are a stone’s throw away to the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only ask requested was for a turndown service and this was never truly executed from a shampoo, body wash etc perspective. Otherwise, thank you so much Westin family for making this stay so so special! We had the view of the Eiffel Tower and this was just so special!

I've traveled to Paris over 25 times, as well as lived there. This was the first time i stayed at the hotel it was beautiful. My room was fantastic with a view and 2 balconies. Every staff member I experienced (especially Bruno concierge) was excellent, p,easing and helpful - MINUS the jerk named Antione at the front desk. When I was checking out (waiting quite some time) he proceeded to ignore me and help the man and his kids standing BEHIND me. I said "pardon" several times and he looked at me and ignored me. Don't know what his problem was, because no one at this hotel treated me any way but kindly. This hotel would have gotten a 5 rating from me if it weren't for Antione. If you are checking in or out - avoid him like the plague! All other front desk staff and friendly and helpful! Antoine needs some serious training in manners!!!!!

A wonderful 5-day stay for our family. The hotel location could not be any better and more central. Service was courteous and quick, without being overbearing.
