Libertel Canal Saint Martin

Everything was perfect! Would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

I had a wonderful time, I am really big on cleanliness and a clean freak and the room was very clean, even by my standards, I felt comfortable. The best was cozy and we slept well. The hotel is a boutique hotel so it is small but the room was big enough for myself and my toddler. I didn't have breakfast there as I decided to go to the many different cafe's near by. Next door of the hotel is a grocery store and also a drug store and retail store. There is also a Mcdonalds directly in front of the hotel across the street and tons of Cafe's around. The front desk staff was very freindly and accomodation. The only thing is the area isn't the super best but I felt safe and it was very easy to get a round either by Uber or Metro, which by the way the Metro is literaly across the street.

The room and the location are great but the soundproofing leaves something to be desired. The street can be heard very clearly, as can the couple's chat on one side of the room and the family with a small child and the mother's phone buzzing late at night.

The rooms were clean. There were no amenities except for wifi and breakfast. However, the receptionist in front of the desk was very very rude to me because I checked out 20 minutes late. I found this to be very unprofessional on her part. She spoke to me as if I were a child. This was unacceptable. Overall, it was decent. The location was great because of the accessibility to the metro.
