Booked and changed to this hotel last minute because it had AC and Paris was hot 32C which, If you know the city, is unbearable. The hotel itself was great. Had a “family room” with my two kids - 9&12. It was basically a private suite of two opposing rooms on the top floor with private entrance. It was quiet, clean, modern and spacious The hotel wasn’t really located anywhere - ie not t in any part of town you may want to visit - Marais, Latin Quarter,St. Germain - and there really wasn’t anything nearby, but it was well connected with the metro to get everywhere. With my two kids it was the perfect place to retreat back to after long days of walking in Paris. But if I had been without them / with my wife I would have preferred to stay in one of the above mentioned neighborhoods.

We had a lovely stay but disappointed that the restaurant was closed for the summer holiday for two weeks. The room was large with a very comfortable bed and suited a family of 3. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great.

I loved the property especially our room. It was modern which is my preference. The staff was very courteous. I would strongly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

we arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm due to our flight arrival time. We had booked two rooms for ourselves and our two kids. The property looked beautiful and the reception attendant was lovely. However, this was the hottest day in Paris on record and when we arrived in our rooms there was no air conditioning. We called reception and they said to wait 15 minutes and they would attempt to solve the problem. When we called them back to say there was no resolution they said they would come check the room. By 10:30pm there was no resolution and our kids were desperate to sleep. The reception host said there were no more rooms available and promised us fans. At 1am we finally heard there were no fans available and that they planned to credit us a partial cost of the rooms. The next morning we were exhausted from lack of sleep and from the heat we had gotten no relief from. We went to the well air conditioned cafe in the hotel to get breakfast where we ordered take away and were told there were no boxes or bags or paper cups to take the coffee and food with. The coffee was available only from a self service pod machine. It was overall a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay.
