The hotel is beautiful really friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The Hotel is perfectly situated right near everything you would need. Short taxi distance to everything. Our room was upgraded on arrival as they had availability in a better room. So we got room 65 on the top floor. The room was perfect. Two floors, two bathrooms and two beds. We brought our 6 month old baby and found the hotel really accommodating. Providing an excellent travel cot and anything we needed. Very enjoyably weekend break!

Our stay started with one of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered at a hotel. After checking us in, the front desk manager called our room to declare that the booking was for two adults and did not include our infant daughter. He said we would not be allowed to stay in the room. After a few moments of stunned silence from me, he then said that I "had been notified" and that "the matter was closed". He hung up, leaving me baffled. We continued on with our stay, which was otherwise good. Unfortunately the bizarre greeting by the front desk manager spoiled what would had been a great stay.
