Hotel building is very old so you can here people talking from the next room. Wood floor make sound when you walk around the room. Employees are very not friendly Never smile to the guest! My family stayed there 4nights with 2 rooms but had not great experiences. Will never come back this hotel!!

We loved the kids suite. The room was big for 2 kids, living room nice ( for room service) and my bedroom was at the other end of suite. The only thing I can say, it was a remarkable stay and the kids felt like they had their own space. Looking forward to staying at Hotel Regina again.

The facilities are magnificent and elegant and the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating and makes you feel like a family member.
