Hôtel Madison

Stayed at the Madison because my family had stayed there 40 years ago and I had fond memories of the place. Although they’ve done some renovations and it looks like nothing I remember, the stay was outstanding. Great location, wonderful service, and a very pleasant room.

I absolutely love the location and hotel! Unfortunately I can’t give this the “highest” review possible. Please be aware that this is a “pet friendly” hotel. We love our pets. Unfortunately 3 dogs barking was a bit annoying and disruptive. Although this isn’t the staff’s fault; there should be a section of the hotel for pets and their families. That being said; the hotel itself is very charming. Its location and charm give it a 5 star rating (less the barking dogs). I would recommend and stay here again, in hopes this was an isolated incident!

The location is perfect-steps away from Cafe de Flore and Deaux Magots. The rooms were newly updated, spacious and very clean. We had 2 street view rooms for a family of four-next to each other for 3 nights. They gave us one deluxe room upgrade. Decor was beautiful and elegant. The rooms were quiet even on a busy street. Linens were lush-especially the robes. Service went above and beyond. We had our best meal in Paris upon the recommendation of the concierge, Yan at Bistro d’Henri (a 2 min walk). Yan was wonderful! Staff arranged for taxis daily. Suthan, the hotel’s private shuttle service provided us with pick up from the train station and drop off to the airport after our stay-perfect! On time, friendly, helped with all of our luggage-he’s a lovely person and game changer for safety and convenience. The metro is steps away. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They all spoke English well and were very welcoming. The hotel lobby was cozy and chic. We didn’t try the breakfast but it’s available. We felt very well cared for during our stay. We rarely saw other guests-it felt like our own private hotel. We hope to return soon and stay longer! Absolutely loved it!

This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely location with very friendly staff and good service. The rooms are typical for France- smaller but well appointed. We had the family suite which included a 2nd bed behind a sliding door. Very nice for privacy. The thing that was disappointed was the breakfast. We went towards the end of the breakfast time, it was expensive, many of the foods were out, and- it was very limited. We would stay here again.

It is perfectly located in a very vibrant and happening area. People in the hotel were very warm and friendly. Scrambled eggs could have been better but I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Good value for money.
