Fully welcoming to me and my family, Madame was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is directly opposite the train station for the RER which came directly to and from the airport, and the metro to get to other areas in Paris was a few minutes walk. Really nice touch was gifting guests a miniature Notre Dame figure in our rooms. Breakfast was nice, continental, we had the breakfast on two occasions for convenience but there are many different places to eat breakfast around the area if you don’t mind a 10 minute walk.

The staff were excellent. Apparently, the booking showed 3 adults rather than 2 and an infant, but they quickly accommodated us. They were always friendly and attentive and willing to help us in any way with our daughter. It really made our stay in Paris that much more enjoyable. The room itself had a lovely view of Notre Dame and was just the right amount of quirky! It was perfect.

Yes,area nice . But hotel,3 stars- are you kidding me.1 The elevator starts from the second floor, please imagine :you are arrive with luggages and bum 15 stair steps to elevator with no help.Expedia writes that the windows overlook Notre Dame de Paris, but in fact you are : small room under the roof near some corner with a small window and a view of some object under construction , without a refrigerator, the toilet room is also very small and broken ,the towels not been changed for three days. About breakfast: coffee, orange juice, one croissant
