This is a small hotel with a big name in a great location. Walk across the rue de Valois and enter the gardens of the Palais Royale. It doesn't get better than this. The concierge team is excellent. Breakfast is fine. Room (junior suite with a tiny terrace) was pretty small but well designed. A couple of nagging maintenance issues (broken roman shades) kept it from being perfect.

We have stayed at this hotel before and liked it in the past. However, the most recent experience was significantly below expectations. This facility is not friendly for children at all, and they did not have basic amenities like kids chair or a safe crib.

The location was wonderful. The staff and concierge were SO helpful and attentive. The concierge assisted with great dining recommendations and also assisted in getting us to the best option for COVID testing to return to the U.S. The room was the perfect size for my daughter and me to travel alone. We will definitely return with the rest of our family.

We booked a suite at this hotel because it was so hard to find a room for our family of four. We were ecstatic with our stay at this hotel. Our Palais suite was like a Penthouse suite with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and a two level room that was huge. The staff at this hotel was fantastic, our room was not quite ready when we arrived so we were hosted at their bar free beverages. The location is a very short walk from the Louvre, so near everything and almost like a hidden gem. This family owned hotel will be where I would recommend anyone visiting Paris to stay that wants a truelly 5 star experience.
