Grand Hôtel de L'Univers

Hotel location was great. This is an amazing little neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants etc. The hotel for that matter is relatively well kept and with the right expectations you'll have a great stay. My room was tiny. About 2x the size of a queen sized bed. Once we added a baby cot and our suitcases there was literally no room to move at all. Take the stairs at your own risk... Circular staircase from the time of king Louis xiv felt like I might slip and die each time I went up/down

Location location location right in the St Germain (6 Androissement). Friendly family run very French hotel. Surrounded by amazing Restaurants, Art Gallery’s and Clothing shops. Rooms are charming (read small- but welcome to any inner city hotel). Its very clean and well maintained. Everything you need is provided (Fridge, Jug, Safe, Spare pillows and comfy bed) and the front desk are so friendly, cheerful and helpful. It does have a very small elevator which isn’t always the case in small French hotels. You will not get a better deal in this location just 5mins walk to Notre Dame one way and the Jardin Luxembourg the other. About 10mins walk to the Louvre.
