First they gave us 110 and 115. We were travelling with kids and preferred being next to them. Then we noticed
1. no irons in the room or any ironing boards
2. Both rooms had low pressure hot water. Unable to use hot water for showers
3. One of the rooms shower tub won't drain. The maintenance came and unclogged the drain. We had just checked in the night before and kids wanted to take shower the next morning
4. Found the front female receptionist to be extremely rude. She told us that we are staying in 3 star hotel and can't demand 5 start service. We were just asking for her to give us a room that had a working hot water. She then moved one of the rooms (110) to room 418 which was much better but still had issues. The shower head won't work. You have to hold the push button down or it stops working. The bidet water connection was leaking water. There was water on the restroom floor. I almost fell inside.
To make it up, the receptionist offered us one day of free breakfast. Overall, a bad experience. We wanted to move to a different hotel but were told that we won't be refunded for cancellation. Terrible experience.

Staff firstly were amazing and thank you. However, the TV didn’t work and they tried sorting but took a while so left them to it. Came back from dinner and wasn’t sorted and nobody told us anything. Toilet stunk of foul waste, had to close the door to the bathroom to help stop the smell. Thought it was a cleaner they use but it wasn’t it turns out. Couldn’t see any blockages so not sure why the smell but for 1 night we just felt we would leave it. Lift from ground floor to first floor didn’t work so not great with a buggy and a 1 year old. Rooms generally nice. Buffet breakfast was very good. Communication on the tele situation could have been better but maybe staff handover was where that went wrong. Rooms didn’t have cots and hotel don’t supply so not sure why it allowed me to book when I selected family hotels. Away staff and breakfast helped prop up the rating for me. Please sort the poo smell.
P.S. lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from the front door of hotel.

We had a family room for the six of us staying in Paris for a sophisticated hen party. Hotel was just a base for us but can not fault it

The family suite was perfect for our family of 5. The staff are friendly, very professional and speak multiple languages. The luggage drop off service is a huge plus. Perfect location. Everything was great.

We liked the front desk receptionist. She was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect to go to Eiffel Tower(10/12 mins walk), Arc de Triomphe(10 mins walk) and Louvre Museum(10-15 mins drive). We got the room with the view of Eiffel tower as well. The room was clean and had a good space for the price we paid for the hotel. They also provided luggage holding facility even after check out so that we could enjoy the Paris ( All hotels in our Europe trip had that service). Our little daughter enjoyed her stay at this hotel-they had thee baby crib/cot for our baby as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you are traveling with kids.

This hotel was very nice. It’s a bit small but expected because being in Paris. The rooms are a bit dated but not off putting. Conveminent to the arc, Eiffel, and champs elysees. Metro station was close. Overall pleased with both rooms we had. Would choose this again. Very good location for the price I paid (I booked over six months in advance.). One thing to note aside from the hotel, being gluten free in Paris seemed quite difficult for us. I have a child with celiac and it doesn’t seem to be as easy there to accommodate. Do the research before you go.

This property was in a great location. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomph. We were also able to walk to the Big Bus Tour. Our family apartment was able to accommodate our family of 5 nicely. Having a second bathroom helps immensely. The staff was very helpful in helping us navigate to the La Defense Arena for a concert. They also assisted us in getting transportation to Disney Paris. We had a great time!

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location of Paris. We loved the roomy two bedroom apartment travelling as a family of 5. Breakfast was plentiful continental style. Only slight issue was our bedroom was hot despite turning down the thermostat. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Paris.

Location of property was perfect for getting around to visit sites. Close to the Eiffel Tower and lots of cafes. The room however was very small for a family of four. No space to move around Bathroom was very small. It was also dark. If you are staying for 1night then it’s fine but longer than that it’s not ideal.

This was a nice cosy hotel and and fit our family requirement of six persons. The family room we stayed in was roomy with plenty of space and sunshine. The only downturn was that it didn't have a view of the Eiffel Tower as we anticipated. Other than that we recommend it to others and would stay there again.
