I was offered a room at the second level but they were able to make arrangements and moved me to a higher room without view. I appreciate the effort to accommodate my family’s need. I would had appreciate a reminder that we had paid for breakfast because after so many cities and hotels we lost track and missed our opportunity to take advantage of our paid breakfast.

Excellent location and nicely sized room for a family of 4. We appreciated the twin beds for the kids, rather than a pull out sofa, like in so many other hotels. Room was clean and air conditioned. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options. Only drawback was early morning construction noise, but that may not have been at this hotel.

When you get off the Metro and see The Arc de Triomphe and The Eiffel Tower in the distance, is that moment when you know “This is Paris “. All that is captured in movies, songs and romantic tales. The hotel is just 2 blocks down, surrounded by many bustling cafes and It is 3 blocks to the famous Champs d’Elysee.We had a quad room with a large bath and separated water closet. Our room overlooked the patio. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The morning breakfast was always very good. We all miss our morning Croissants. I felt very safe there traveling with my kids and would definitely recommend it.

Great location right near the Arc de triumphe, good restaurants and shops. The metro was a short walk away. Hotel staff were beautiful with my children and helpful with directions and any questions we had. Will come back again!
