Le 10 Bis Hotel

Not child friendly. Made reservations for 2 and 1 child no crib needed. At arrival was told the child was not permitted in a deluxe room due to size of the room. options were to send me to a mediocre hotel they partner with since they had no room available . Waited for orbitz for 45. Min and no help was given. I made the correct booking yet the hotel and orbitz do NOT have good communication. Will never return to any hotel affiliated with this chain.

After staying at the fabulous Waldorf Astoria Versailles for 3 nights, i decided to change my location to a ´hotel in Paris. This is not the place to go if you are visiting family or expect family to come by to say hi. If you are a solo traveler maybe this is for you who is a guest of the city maybe this is for you. They treated me as a child and felt the need to call my room 2 times to ask me if my cousin who came upstairs for one of her three children to use the bathroom, was staying the night. One bed cannot fit three people!! They said other people have done this!! I am not other people! I Am a paying guest that should be treated with respect. Then they called again to say guests have to remain in the lobby. Also, they nasty white stains all over the carpets I do not know who or what those stains were but I was happy brought along my travel blankets with me. I will not return. I will find all outlets to write a negative review. I promise.

I normally stay 100-130 days in hotels for the last 15 years and this is probably the friendliest and tidiest hotel I ever stayed in. If you are looking for a big, spacy hotel this is not for you, but if you like a family luxury hotel is the spot for you.
