Pullman Paris Montparnasse Hotel

We were originally in a room with poor construction - there was a tile lip walking into the bathroom that I kept stubbing my toe on, the toilet clogged, the shower rail fell off the wall with the first shower. The ophone wasnt working for me to call so I had to go down to the front desk around11pm to complain. They did rectify the toilet that night and upgraded our room the next day. My last issue is with the rooftop bar - they advertise it as part of the amenities but it is run by a different company. we were not allowed to even go up there to take photos during the day with our kids and if you wanted to go at night you had to pay 50 euros per person to get it. We stayed in 3 hotels during our 10 days in Spain and France and we thought this would be the nicest one due the advertising and the price and it was the most disappointing.

We had 2 rooms w a pass thru door for a family of 3 (could easily accommodate parent and 2 teens) and it was perfect for us and a great value for a city like Paris. The staff greeted you right away and really went out of their way to welcome you upon arrival, a really nice personal touch. The 2 rooms were each very roomy, comfy, TVs that can stream straight from your phone, very well run property. It’s not the closest walk from the tourist attractions but a short walk to the metro that can get you around everywhere. We’d stay there again on our next visit. You can pay double to stay elsewhere in a smaller room w a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower or save your money w great accommodations here and use the remainder on great Parisian dining and experiences. Great choice for families.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable king size beds! We slept like a baby after a long flight from US. The lobby is very modern with small Check in counters rather than a large desk. The Umami burger restaurant offered a delicious burger served quickly and with friendly staff. There is a rooftop bar where you need to reserve a table, especially on weekend, but we were too tired to stay up. We will have to come back!

Customer service was excellent! We flew in for my husband's 40th birthday. Christ during check in went above and beyond to ensure that the little surprise I had arranged for him was all set up before we got to our rooms! Luckily he also helped us during check out. Made sure everything was smooth and easy with the 2 toddlers being there!
