Perfect! Quaint and quiet, subtly luxurious and great location. Staff were wonderful! Junior suite was ideal for our family of 4 with two young kids.

We have stayed at the Carlton many times and it seems the service gets worse every time. we booked a room for three (2 adults and a child) and the third bed was not set up. I do understand this, but not having to ask three times. We also had to ask three times for extra towel's, cup glass etc. It just seems that the staff don't care anymore (with the notable exception of the valet parking person who was excellent). Also nobody offered to help with luggage either in or out of the hotel, and for the second time in a row we got an accessible room, even though none of us are handicapped. Seems a bit odd. The hotel needs to lift it's game.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The service is great. We had our baby with us and they were very helpful. The location is also nice. It's less touristy and has some nice restaurants and shops around.
