Disappointing experience for a 4 star hotel. Our large room had a bad smell, like old smoke. No air condition came as a surprise, far too hot room. Carpet had a large spot of whatever disgusting history (puke or blood?) Swimming pool area was not allowed for youngsters under 16 years old (except for a couple of hours during ceck in/out time of the day), that also came as a surprise for us arriving with 3 kids. No proactive info or welcoming via email prior to our stay. I total the most expensive and the worst hotel experience we have had in a long time. Unfortunately.
