The lady that checked me in was friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet is next level. I had a room without windows, I slept like a baby.

Great location and breakfast buffet, but stay away if you’re traveling with kids. It’s an unclean party hotel with drunken people and tobacco smoke in the lobby. Staff is rude to toddlers and room service was poor. Stay at one of the other Helsinki Scandic hotels and Radisson hotels.
