Levi Hotel Spa

Visited for 1 night with my daughter on our way back to South. Room was trylu big enough even for bigger family and price to quality ratio is good. Hoever, during summer these rooms are outdated. No AC and even the ventilation did not seem to work and the room was stale. So definitely needs an update soon. Not even simple fan was included to the room and opening the window did not really help anything. Otherwise the service, breakfest etc. were really nice!

We have just come back from a 3 night stay. We had a good paid upgrade when we got there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The premium breakfast was nice more variety on the menu flor children would be good. The beds were very comfortable room was cleaned every day. The hotel is very convenient to everything. Would definitely say there again.

Nice hotel close to the ski slopes. The spa is more a kids spa. Very cold water, we managed to enter only in the hot tub, the pools were freezing to me. Sauna are gender separated, so if you visit as couple you will need to split up in the sauna. In general this is an excellent location for families with kids, but I would not recommend it for couples.

Rooms are good for a family but no towels in room and cleaning stuff still out.

This was a lovely place to base for levi for a few nights. It was really warm and cosy and couldn't fault the cleaning service. My only issue would be that it was classed as self catering rooms and they only had a couple of mugs and glasses and hardly any cutlery, so my kids had to eat cereal from a mug. But other than that it was lovely. Swimming was also discounted which was good and we went everyday.

I was at an organization meeting for thu-sun with my family member. We stayed in an old “inn” like building with the design hotel right next to us. The receptionists did not have their days. However we upgraded for the last night/day to a junior suite. Building exchange. It was wonderful, like a small apartment (with) sauna). Sooo overall ok.

It is a good hotel in the perfect location. Breakfast was ok, a great selection for families. The pool area is brilliant, my kids loved it. My only negatives are the beds aren’t very comfortable and it would be nice to have a choice of having a family room in the main hotel as wrapping up 5 people to go outside for a 3 min stroll to breakfast and having to take it all off again is a daily struggle. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed over from 24/12 to the 27/12, first off how this is a 4 star hotel is beyond me the food is dreadful and the pure juice is watered down, the room we stayed in never got clean whist we stayed there and luckily we had are own towels as they never get changed either, The staff try to over charge you to use there swimming pools 22 Euro per adult and 14 Euro per child, what they don’t tell you on there site at time of booking, also if you stay direct with the hotel is it’s free before 11am then it’s only 10 Euro per day per adult and children are free, also to use there family room costs you money, none of the facilities are free and for 210 Euro a night it’s a blatant rip off, they will also book you a taxi to get you to the airport, what they don’t tell you at the time is they will change you 10 Euro just for the call ! No wonder your tourists trade is getting less your company any many others in Levi act fraudulently in ways of extracting every cent out of tourists without telling them ! SHAME ON YOU !!!!, I’ve taken my complaint to the ECC in Finland, you will here from my lawyer aswel in due course !!!

Nice hotel, rooms clean, my only problem was a little pricey for food, and the room we stayed in was straight opposite the stairs of the lodge we were in so we heard every noises person coming up and down the stairs and noises people in our block, would be nice to have reminders family sleeping signs around, so others could see it and maybe read and respect that. Some staff very helpful and happy some very serious and not no friendly, the classic pizza restaurant charged us for water from the tap which I thought was a joke. Never have I been charged for tap water. Overall tho hotel great and good facilities x
