I was not told by Expedia, that hotel was going to charge me additional charge. I was not happy, every time I want it to get in the pool there was always full. Also private party. They were prostitution going on, In the pool. My rental got hit by one the kid that was playing soccer in the parking. I went to the reception are. They looked at me like I had five head. They do not do anything about it.

We booked two of the large quadruple rooms (4beds!) One of them wasn't ready when we tried checking in about 5pm, so we drove to El Asadero restaurant (off-site)for dinner. It was a family trip as we traveled throughout the country and we spent the night due to extreme heavy rains. Staff was very helpful and professional. The morning breakfast buffet was wonderful! Lots of great options and fresh juices. Free parking.
