The accommodation was great and smooth however this particular property doesn’t give you access to the pool unless you pay an extra $15.00 a day per guess I made the reservation for 4 adults ( 1 married couple ) and 2 kids They gave us 2 rooms with two “queens” bed Property needs maintenance : Missing handle at the barn door from the inside of the bathroom Exhaust fan at the bathroom did not work Water leak at the dinning area Patch and paint at the 6 level corridor/hallway Other than that; cleanness and room service is excellent

I liked that it is next to a shopping center La Gran Via, there were many Dining options, stores, a movie theater, my kids loved to be nearby to entertainment, breakfast buffet was good, staff was friendly.

The staff is superb! They make an effort to meet all the needs of the guests. The food is excellent and the staff at the restaurant went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends! Thank you to all the staff!!!
