Hotel location is good ,, the housekeeping team keep the room clean. The front desk super friendly ,,,When my family come visit me they ask for ID I think this is really not a five-star hotel act,,, one more thing, around the pool area service was amazing and friendly by a guy name is Yasser he is super friendly … hotel need some work done the furniture is old and outside the hotel the taxi guys so annoying,, other than this, I will stay again in the hotel….

- Reserved a non-smoking SUPERIOR room with a king size bed. Emphasized at check-in that I require a non-smoking room. I was allocated a smoking room, complained and was told that NO non-smoking room was available. - I requested a crib for my baby son. It was in such poor condition that it broke down and my son hit his head. - The AC was not adjusted properly and cooled only to 16 degrees Celsius or not at all. - The breakfast buffet was incredibly poor with rotten eggs. After a sleepless night I moved out with my family.
