This is my fifth visit to this hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Santiago. The rooms are luxurious ,comfortable ,and well appointed. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you're happy And that they exceed your expectations. The pool area is excellent With plenty of space to relax and plenty of pool area for the kids. The hotel is having renovations done now but it did not interfere with our stay.
