There's no 24 hour reception as advertised if you have a emergency no assistance , bathroom full of soap scum when we checked in no ac unit to cool apartment only room have ac bedroom door lock falling off maid service sucks no amenities as advertised beach is more than 7 minutes walk away not beach front as advertised breakfast is @ another location no bell boys around shower curtain rod keep falling off very dirty refrigerator tiny roaches running around. The worst hotel i ever stayed @ over the years wouldn't recommend to my friends and family ever.

Honestly not as good as it looked in pictures , the showers were horrible And dirty . The beds were not good and they make you pay for extra towels an stuff . The first room they gave me smelled like somthing was dead in it so I made them change my room. The second room they gave me was not bad but could definitely be better , AC was not working and just alot of disappointments . I will be honest the only thing I liked was the restaurant right next door to the hotel very very nice people big Thankyou to junior and bryan who work there they helped me out with a lot of stuff shoutout them !
