Den Gamle Grænsekro

We had booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children on Hotels.com. On arrival there were only 3 beds in the room. The manager and staff handled the situation very unprofessionally. Initially they requested additional payment to solve the problem. When they finally realized their mistake, after some discussion, an extra bed was squeezed into the room. The room was old, but otherwise ok (too small for 4 beds). The bathroom was low standard and not 100 % clean. The food in the restaurant was ok, not exceptional. Service mediocre. The breakfast was average. Sadly this establishment cannot be recommend, there are many better alternatives.
