The staff were helpful and eager to assist with calling a taxi or offering information when we asked. The room was a very nice size for our family of 3. It was very clean and quiet which was amazing considering how close we were to the action of Copenhagen. I wish breakfast was not so expensive at the hotel.

Our stay at the Square was just okay. Super loud outside ans tons of construction. Pullout bed was very uncomfortable, no included breakfast and the bathroom was awful (tub was extremely high/difficult to get into and slanted so really dangerous especially for kiddos). Staff was nice and liked they had a little bar in the lobby. Location is really convenient but sadly wouldn’t choose to stay here again with kids.

The Square hotel is ideally situated for main attractions and transport links. The staff spoke multiple languages, were always well presented, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The single room I had was well presented, clean, warm and stocked with toiletries and a mini bar. The Square offers a fantastic buffet breakfast on the top floor of the hotel which kept me going all day. With being in the centre of the city there was some noise level at night but this was to be expected. I have been to Copenhagen numerous times and this hotel is a great base for me when visiting family here.

The location is fantastic, just minutes from the central train station and most major landmarks in town. I booked two rooms this time for a family trip. Both rooms are clean and comfortable. If any negative at all, the shower is very weak.

I had originally booked a small single room but was upgraded to a junior room with acess to the lounge. I was absolutely delighted. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I'd recommend. The staff were great as well. My only suggestion would be to make it more eco friendly would be to have the option to switch on and off the fridge.

This is is the second time my family has stayed at The Square. It is conveniently located to many great things in Copenhagen. Friendly staff and clean accommodation are very good and reliable.

The stay was wonderful, the hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful and provided everything we needed. The location of the hotel was superb. Extremely close to everything and right next to Tívoli for families.

The location was perfect!!! The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Didnt like the glass door of the bathroom. I was with a friend and it was a bit awkward. The breakfast was just ok. Not a big selection. The juices were too sweet like the cheap kids juices. Overall a good stay.

We stayed in a family suite so we had the fold out bed which was very uncomfortable for my daughter. We loved the heated floors in the bathroom. The hotel was situated nicely for walking around the city.
